Listed below are the tax rates for the four townships that are directly on Chautauqua Lake. The tax rates include school, town, and county taxes. Some townships are combined in one rate depending on if you are directly within the village or outside the village in the town. Some townships are divided out by school district.
Please note that these townships are taxed at a 100% assessment. When calculating what your estimated taxes should be, please use your anticipated purchase price when possible. Multiply the tax rate by either the anticipated purchase price or the current assessment, but remember that your assessment will eventually catch up to your closed purchase price.
